Shipping & Handling

All orders are packed as best as possible to insure items will not get damaged during shipping. The vinyl is separated from the outer sleeve and is accompanied by an additional protective clear sleeve. The record is then packed between two pieces of cardboard and then inserted into a heavyweight cardboard mailer. The package is well taped and marked fragile. All packages are shipped via USPS, with the option of Media Mail, Priority Mail, or Express Mail (in the USA) or First Class International Mail, Priority Mail or Express Mail (outside of the USA). Shipping times vary depending on destination. Please check the USPS website for more info re: approximate shipping times.

Insurance

If you’d like your records to be insured for an additional charge, please send us an email and we will arrange that. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages that have not been covered by insurance.

Processing Time

Our shipping days are currently Mondays and Tuesdays. Please keep in mind when calculating transit times.
